1Company Information & Service Identification

AuraCV ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our") is a software product operated by AuraLeads. Contact email: support@getauraleads.com. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for PRO purchases.

The application provides digital tools for resume formatting, real-time Applicant Tracking System (ATS) scoring diagnostics, vector PDF generation, and multi-device resume management.

2Nature of Digital Product & Instant Fulfillment

• 100% Digital Delivery: All products sold through AuraCV are digital software licenses. No physical goods or physical shipping are involved.

• Electronic Fulfillment: Dodo Payments generates a license key and notifies the AuraCV backend of payment. PRO access is granted only after a signed event or valid key is verified by the server.

• License Activation: Once commercial activation is enabled, a valid key must be verified by the server before PRO features are linked to an authenticated account. Availability will depend on the active flow and provider at that time.

3Plans, Limits & Pricing Transparency

• Free Tier: Currently available at $0. Includes access to base ATS-calibrated templates, full resume editing, real-time ATS scoring, and a quota of up to 3 vector PDF exports (via browser print dialog) per 30-day calendar cycle.

• AuraCV PRO Lifetime: One-time total payment of $10 USD, taxes included. Includes current and future PRO templates, unlimited PDF exports, and up to 15 resumes while AuraCV continues operating.

• Single-User License: Each PRO license key is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It binds strictly to 1 user account to prevent fraud and account sharing.

4Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for AuraCV PRO and handles checkout, payment methods, taxes, receipts, and approved refunds.

5User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% intellectual property and copyright over all text, career history, documents, and personal details entered into AuraCV. We do not claim any ownership over your resumes.

6Employment Outcomes Disclaimer

AuraCV formats and structures resumes according to industry best practices and ATS guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee job interviews, offers, or specific employment outcomes, as hiring decisions remain at the sole discretion of prospective employers.
